This new K7 kit will blow you away with both looks and performance. Our underbelly muffler is dedicated to maximizing volume in the limited space available under the engine. This K7 underbelly exhaust has a fantastic sound that will attract the right attention. The sleek GP styled tip is attached to a full muffler box. This isn’t just an open pipe stuck on the back of your header!
The Taylormade 2007 GSX-R 1000 kit is a slip on that eliminates the stock box and mufflers saving 9 kg’s! That’s better than going on a diet. The kit comes with right and left side carbon fibre trim to blend the stock fairing into that aerodynamic MotoGP style. On the dyno you can expect a horsepower increase of 6.5 hp @ 7000 rpm and 3 HP at the top end without a power commander. We measured sound levels of 105 db at 7000 rpm as compared to 96 db for the stock exhaust. Installation is straightforward. You do not have to cut your bodywork, only a small cut to a stock bracket under the frame. The kit comes with detailed installation instructions and all mounting hardware and really looks great on your bike!!

Taylormades underbelly muffler is a completely new design dedicated to maximizing volume in the limited space available under the engine. Greater muffler volume means that we have been able to produce a sports muffler with a tuned sound level that will get the adrenalin going but still keep you on the friendly side of your neighbors as you slip out for that early morning Sunday ride. This is not a loud exhaust! However, many of you enjoy rattling the windows, and want the most power possible, and for you, we have an unbaffled version available.
Our kits are available with 'street' or 'race' canisters and carbon or black trim. TaylorMade’s carbon trim is real carbon fiber, not fiberglass or plastic. All trim pieces are solid carbon with a natural lightweight race finish. Pieces will not discolor if left natural but customers building show bikes can paint or clear coat pieces for a custom finish. Black trim is fiberglass with a satin finish gel coat, which can be painted or left uncoated. The street version is fully baffled and we measured sound levels of 102 db at 7000 rpm. The race can is about 106 db at 7000 rpm. With the street baffles you can expect a horsepower gain of 2-3 hp, and the race can will give you 5-6. Both versions will take 10 pounds off your bike.
